Cloverlea Apiaries

Cloverlea Apiaries is a family run honey bee farm nestled in the Ochil Hills near to Milnathort
Perthshire. Jeff (aka Dad) Tracy (Big Sister) and Karen (Little Sis).
Our aims include increasing the number of local and native honey bees, throughout Perthshire, Fife, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire. Ensuring the welfare of our bees is the
upmost importance, for them to produce the best possible Scottish Honey. However, we understand that honey bees are not on the decline and so at Cloverlea we have planted over
2 acres of wildflower meadows and some 200+ pollinating trees. This ensure that we are not having an adverse effect on the natural pollinators and encouraging all types of solitary bees, pollinators and wildlife.
We produce everything ourselves: extract the honey, jar and label the finest honey in our approved honey house, while making mustards to our own family recipe. Tracy and Karen
maintain the bees throughout our apiary sites bring back our precious golden nectar. We have collaborated with many local business and donated time and funds to charities and organisations. We don’t always mention those things we do because that’s just us and our ethos, for us at Cloverlea its about helping and working with others. Aswell as our honey and mustards we handmake luxury beeswax candles either hand poured or moulded. We have also developed a full range of Bee Natural Skin Care complying to the cosmetic regulations.
