I am a mum to four wonderful children and a French Bulldog called Ralph! I live in the Pictish village of Abernethy on the Perthshire/Fife border and have gained several catering qualifications over the years and achieved a Degree with Distinction in Food. We are a family run business, creating each Clootie Dumpling individually with the best and freshest of ingredients. We prepare and cook our traditional Clootie Dumplings using a recipe handed down through generations of our family. We also have a selection of traditional Clootie Dumplings incorporating a modern twist to the recipe. All scrumptious warm with ice-cream or custard.
