Val’s Scottish Tablet Treats Growing Artisan Family Scottish Confectionery Businessoriginally founded over the Peat stove in the Outer Hebrides, bringing innovation to Scottish Confectionery. under our registered trade mark “Queen of Scottish Confectionery”. Producing Genuine Homemade Perthshire Scottish Tablet, Fudge and Gourmet Perthshire Mallows, Multi award winning having won 4 Separate Great Taste awards. The First Confectionery business to produce the Scottish Tablet Teacake, and Dubai Style Tablet Bar. All produced locally and with help from my family we are already a second generation business, lead by myself. I use Local produce including Perthshire Honeyberries and Raspberries, along with Loch Ness Honey to produce my Loch Ness Honey Tablet and Honey Mallows, an amazing Highland Heather Honey. The Launch of my “Milse Nan Tonn” (Sweetness of the Waves”) Hebridean Seaweed Tablet is another first, brining a whole new taste dimension to Scottish Tablet, whilst maintaining the smooth Melt in the Mouth Homemade Scottish Tablet that I have become identified for.

What an amazing day at the light switch on with Perth Farmers' Market in the town centre on Saturday!! We had another total sell out and you kept us busy all day!! Was great to see our wee city full of happy faces and folk enjoying themselves making it a great family atmosphere!! Well done and thankyou to Karen from Good - Life Farming and all the organisers for making it such a great event!! We’re back at our stall in the south inch carpark on Saturday 6th December with loads more fresh batches and some new festive flavours plus a full range of filled sconezones!! Massive thankyou to everyone who came down and supported all the local businesses we all really appreciate it!! X
